1. Information We Collect
When you create an account and use The Discipline Club app, we collect:
- Account details: name, email, phone number, and (if you sign in with Google) your Google profile name and email.
- Profile & fitness data: date of birth, gender, height, weight, body measurements, fitness goals, food preference, and training plan.
- Progress data: workout logs, diet plans, activity logs (steps/cardio), body-measurement history, and progress photos you upload.
- Communication: messages exchanged with your coach inside the app.
- Membership & billing: your plan tier, subscription status, and payment records (transaction status, amount, date) processed through Razorpay. We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank details — Razorpay handles that directly.
- Device data: a push-notification token, if you enable reminders, used only to deliver reminders you've turned on.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide your training program, diet plan, and progress tracking.
- To let your coach see your progress and communicate with you.
- To process membership payments and manage subscription status.
- To send reminders and notifications you've opted into.
- To calculate community features like your Discipline Score and the leaderboard.
3. Who Can See Your Data
Your coach can see the training, nutrition, and progress data needed to coach you. Other members can see your name and score on the leaderboard if that feature is enabled, but not your personal health details, measurements, or photos. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Third-Party Processors
We use Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage, and Razorpay for payment processing. Both process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and personal data, or export of your data, by contacting us (see Contact Us). We'll process such requests within a reasonable time, subject to any records we're required to keep for billing or legal purposes.
6. Your Choices
You can update your profile information, delete progress photos, and turn notification reminders on or off at any time from within the app.
