Your Plan
Plans (see Pricing) are a one-time payment covering a fixed commitment period (100, 200, or 365 days). There's no recurring billing and nothing to cancel — your plan simply runs through the term you paid for.
Refunds
If you're not happy with your plan, you can request a full refund within 3 days of your initial payment. To request one, contact us (see Contact Us) with your account details.
After the 3-day window, plan payments are non-refundable.
Disputed Payments
If you believe you've been charged in error, contact us and we'll look into it.
