By creating an account or using The Discipline Club app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent/guardian's consent, to use the app.
3. Health Disclaimer
The Discipline Club provides fitness and nutrition guidance, not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any new exercise or diet program, especially if you have an existing medical condition. You use workout and diet plans at your own risk.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid tiers (see Pricing) are billed monthly on a recurring basis via UPI Autopay/e-mandate through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. See our Cancellation/Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
5. Your Account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
6. Acceptable Use
Don't misuse the app — this includes attempting to access another member's data, sharing harmful or abusive content, or interfering with the app's normal operation.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the app and cancel your subscription at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Discipline Club is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app, including any injury resulting from following a workout or diet plan.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
